Zenzone Market Place offers a flexible 120-day credit facility for approved business customers. This option helps established sellers manage cash flow, buy stock confidently, and grow without immediate payment pressure.

How the 120-Day Credit Works

  • Approved trade customers can place orders without upfront payment.
  • Payment is due within 120 days from the invoice date.
  • Credit is available only to approved business accounts and is subject to our credit assessment.
  • All invoices must be paid in full by the due date.

Who Can Apply

  • Registered businesses and UK-registered companies.
  • Customers must provide valid company details, contact information, and supporting documents on request.
  • Approval depends on successful completion of our internal credit check and satisfactory trading/payment history.

Credit Limits & Review

  • Credit limits are assigned based on your business profile and credit assessment.
  • New accounts may receive a lower initial limit which can be increased over time with good payment history.
  • We may review, increase, reduce, or withdraw credit limits at any time.

Payment Terms & Late Payments

  • Invoice payment terms: 120 days from invoice date.
  • Payments should be made to the bank details shown on the invoice.
  • Late or missed payments may result in: suspension of credit privileges, account restrictions, interest or late fees, and potential recovery action.
  • Continued late payment may lead to permanent withdrawal of credit facilities.

Important Conditions

  • Credit facilities are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Zenzone Market Place Ltd reserves the right to approve, decline, or change credit terms at our sole discretion.
  • Orders placed by customers with overdue balances may be held or cancelled until accounts are cleared.
