Free UK Shipping on orders over £500
- Orders under £500 may have a delivery charge shown at checkout.
- We deliver to UK mainland addresses.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Delivery normally takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- Tracking details will be provided where available.

All payments must be completed before dispatch. Orders will only be shipped once payment is received.
Returns
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items:
Used, damaged, or final-sale items.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after we receive and check the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
